From Death to Life

When we look at the plight and life of Mephibosheth, we can see the character of David. This story is a precursor and illustration of God’s character towards humanity. Much like David calling Mephibosheth back into the throne room from exile, God is calling you and I to do the same through the work and sacrifice of Jesus. Do we hear this call and are we willing to accept the gracious gift God has given us through his son Jesus Christ. It is a story of redemption and restoration and that story can continue today through Jesus Christ.
