Summer Recharge: Spiritual Dehydration
Scripture References: Acts 2:41, John 7:37-39, Hosea 6:1, Jeremiah 2:13, Isaiah 44:3, Revelation 22:17, Acts 2:1-4, Acts 2:43-47
From Series: "Summer Recharge"
Finding spiritual rest means more than physical relaxation—it's about reconnecting to God as our source of life. Jesus teaches us to remain in Him rather than striving through willpower alone. We need three types of spiritual rest: relational rest in Christ, restorative rest that brings peace to anxiety, and rhythmic rest through intentional patterns. By establishing daily devotions, weekly Sabbath observance, and seasonal retreats, we honor our God-given limitations and find our strength multiplied rather than depleted.
